Benice is located in the southwest of Prague, only about 15 minutes drive from the city center. The project of villas was designed as a luxurious and comfortable living in separate houses and duplex houses.
15 villas were developed in a first phase in 2009. The second phase included 32 new houses and semi-detached houses always include a garden. The project blended traditional architecture with a distinctly modern touch in a 3, 5 and 6 bedrooms layouts with space ranges from 137 to 308 square meters plus terraces or balconies. Garden range from 195 to 1,229 square meters.
