The former building of Electric, later Transport Company of the City of Prague, this iconic building of Prague was opened for public in 1935. 

A former HQ of Electricke Podniky, the Transport company of the City of Prague, an iconic building in Prague, it was opened for public in 1935 by President Masaryk. Nowadays it offers flexible office spaces with sizes starting at 15 square meters. Commercial spaces with total area over 4,000 square meters are also available in the first phase. A project was designed to refurbish the whole building into modern offices and retail spaces.

The Bubenská 1 building is located on the river just at the Vltavská underground station, the highway and tram node Strossmayerovo náměstí. The building is undistingishable with its great visibility, strategic location and easy accessibility. It also holds a status of the historical monument.
