David has extensive experience in real-estate, having had senior roles within the leading investor and developer in the region, CPI Property Group and holds board member role within Iconic Labs, listed LSE company.
CEO of Ott Ventures USA and of Iconic Labs Washington DC office
Brad began his career as an attorney with law firms Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Houston, and Greenberg Traurig in Dallas before switching to private equity as a director with Holland Park Capital in Austin. From there, he worked in Paris as the General Counsel and member of the Executive Committee of Orco Property Group.
Now based in Washington DC, he is the CEO of Ott Ventures USA and of Iconic Labs, an LSE listed company.
Head of Smetana Mozart Management Company Prague office
Having held senior management positions with Hyatt or Le Méridien and worked on more than 10 hotel and residence opening, Stefan brings expertise in the fields of hotel development and operations.
Stefan acts now as the General Manager for Smetana Hotel in Prague, but is also the head of Smetana Mozart Management Company, a hotel operations company.
Finance Manager, Ott Ventures Prague office
Jan has more than 10 years of experience working for large groups such as BDO, PwC and more recently Penta where he held the position of Financial Controller.
He is now Finance Manager at Ott Ventures, the private equity vehicle of Group Ott.
Architect Prague office
Vít Vit specializes in Architecture and graduated at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He has 4 years of experience with one of his largest projects being the full renovation of a 5-star property in the centre of Prague.
As an Architect, Vít is involved in all development and refurbishments projects of Group Ott.
Finance & Administration Manager Paris office
Anna started her career as an accountant in an Import-Export Company in 1992. She joined Orco Property Group in 2000 and participated in the company’s IPO. She oversaw accounting for the French subsidiary of the Group and was in 2002 appointed Administrative and Financial Manager.
Anna is now Finance & Administration Manager for Group Ott.
Corporate lawyer Paris office
Before joining the team in 2017 Beatriz worked for a non-profit organization that accommodates, treats and supports people in precarious or excluded situations. She has a master’s degree in Law from the University Paris V Descartes and she is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Bulgarian.
Beatriz oversees supervising all legal aspects related to the Ott Group in France as well as internationally.
OTT Properties
